A format made for 84PAD
A .pad archive is an 84PAD-native compressed package, not a disguised WordPress extension. The installer should inspect its manifest, content and platform identity rather than trust the filename alone.
Safe package design
Well-formed packages declare a unique slug, semantic version, compatible Core version and dependencies. Publisher signatures and integrity verification protect the distribution process; a renamed ZIP is never proof of trust.
Small, independent components
Plugins keep code, resources, database changes and release history separated. Access to shared services such as cPanel belongs behind Core permissions and approved encrypted gateways.
A creative ecosystem
The marketplace brings together useful native plugins, beautiful themes and developer-led ideas in a searchable experience. Quality checks, compatibility and transparent permissions should accompany distribution.
